Program Manager - Technology Capital Builds

📋 Description

• Cross-functional coordination between teams, construction, and vendors.
• Manage design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover for ISP and network infra.
• Partner with ITAV for audio-visual and video-conference systems.
• Partner with Corporate Security for access control and surveillance integration.
• Manage project schedules, updates, and executive communications.
• Develop drawing packages and specification narratives.
• Manage procurement and budget/cost guidance with FP&A.
• Identify, categorize, mitigate, and monitor project delivery risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and program management capabilities
• Knowledge of architectural design process (schematic to construction docs)
• Knowledge of commercial real estate construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Vendor management experience (vetting, RFP, bids, handover)
• Understanding of mechanical power and cooling systems
• Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings
• PMP or equivalent PM certification
