π― Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- Five years in process standardization and/or project management.
- Prior TA/recruiting and/or home care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of process standardization modeling.
- Experience with PM tools (Teams, SmartSheets, Bloom EOS) and strong communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-team collaboration.
