  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of top priority programs with stakeholders.

  • Work with Support Delivery to identify priorities and scope delivery.

  • 6-8 years of enablement or strategy program management in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven success launching enablement initiatives that scale and improve CX.
  • Strong PM toolkit with problem solving and data-driven insights.
  • Clear, confident communication; able to influence executives and teams.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and prioritization under pressure.
  • Enablement experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products.
  • PMP/Agile/Prosci certifications or advanced PM training.
  • Experience in a global Operations, Customer Success, or CX org.
