- Clear, confident communication; able to influence executives and teams.
- Diplomacy, tact, and prioritization under pressure.
- Enablement experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products.
- PMP/Agile/Prosci certifications or advanced PM training.
- Experience in a global Operations, Customer Success, or CX org.
