Build and maintain relationships across Archer teams, suppliers, and customers.
Interface Structural Integrity, Engineering, PM, and Supply Chain on deliverables.
Manage schedule and technical performance to meet program requirements.
Lead a multidisciplinary team to execute development programs on schedule and budget.
Build task-based schedules, lead kickoff and gate meetings, track milestones.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities to closure.

🎯 Requirements

Understanding of design, development, test, and production of mechanical systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years in product and program leadership and management roles.
Project management experience.
Analytical skills to identify critical paths and optimize timelines.
Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, or other scheduling software.
