Program Manager, Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end performance management of AOP OKRs with owners accountable.
• Maintain operational tempo with proactive follow-ups and cross-functional workstreams.
• Surface and mitigate risks; escalate issues with mitigation plans to leadership.
• Lead annual planning cycles; refine the AOP playbook for efficiency.
• Build deep cross-functional relationships with Analytics, Field, and Product.
• Coordinate changes across departments to keep initiatives aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information.
