📋 Description

• Lead gALPHA Rutland and the StartUp Rutland Accelerator programs.
• Recruit and select cohorts; manage recruitment metrics.
• Coach participants; build networks with mentors and investors.
• Deliver in-person programs in Rutland, VT; coordinate weekly events.
• Maintain relationships with startups and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Plan milestones such as kickoff and end-of-program showcase.

• Demonstrated ability to own complex programs end-to-end.
• Strong organizational and execution skills in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with founders/partners.
• Ability to recruit, persuade, and retain high-quality founders.
• Deep curiosity about startups and innovation beyond major hubs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends.
