- Experience leading large-scale programs end-to-end in complex environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication; build relationships from execs to teams.
- Communicate clear security controls to Stripe stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong background in InfoSec ops, risk & controls identification.
- Critical thinker, self-driven, detail-oriented.
- Experience with dashboards/OKRs; data analysis.
- Experience engineering automation of security controls and evidence.
- Experience using AI to automate info gathering and build user interfaces.
