📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional safety launch readiness across model/product releases.
• Build operating rhythms across Safety Systems, Integrity, Strategy, User Ops, and Eng.
• Design and run internal programs, including incident management and updates to mitigations.
• Work with technical stakeholders to create scalable, repeatable safety processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, management or equivalent experience.
• Track record delivering high-profile, complex projects on tight deadlines.
• Technically versed; partnered with engineering and fundamental research teams.
• Experience designing simple, scalable processes that solve complex problems.
• Resourceful and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of content integrity and regulatory guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Care about AGI safety.
