  • Support enablement and success of revenue teams with leadership
  • Develop, own, and maintain sales playbooks for GTM and enterprise deals
  • Leverage Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft to scale enablement and insights
  • Serve as liaison between revenue, sales ops, marketing, and product
  • Administer and optimize LMS (WorkRamp) to house, deliver, and track enablement
  • Create onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales with enablement and quota-carrying experience
  • Strong understanding of account management and CRM platforms
  • Salesforce, Salesloft, and related tools knowledge
  • Experience with Gong and Salesloft or similar enablement tools
  • Hands-on LMS experience (WorkRamp) with libraries and learning paths
  • Proven ability to write and maintain sales playbooks for mid-market/enterprise
