๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Create and manage the TA Playbook and process guides; ensure compliance
  • Own shared tools/resources (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Recommend and implement optimization strategies within the TA function
  • Monitor ATS data and recruiter behaviors for compliance
  • Advance data reporting in Ashby ATS
  • Provide ad hoc support to recruiters, including screening, interviewing, onboarding
  • Create tools and templates to enable successful recruitment activities
  • Draft/revise email templates
  • Manage vendor accounts; point of contact for key vendors
  • Research and recommend new vendors and technologies as needs arise
  • Facilitate coordination between TA and HR Ops

  • 3+ years in recruiting operations; ATS admin and config/upgrade
  • Experience reporting TA metrics: source of hire, pipeline, time to fill
