  • Partner with People Partner, IT, facilities, and vendors for onboarding and events.

  • 2+ years in recruiting coordination, program management, or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; multi-priority management.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume, global interviews; engineering/technical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and own work end-to-end.
  • Proven experience partnering with diverse stakeholders: candidates, teams, People Partners, vendors.
  • Clear, professional English communication (written and verbal).
