🎯 Requirements
- An active TS/SCI clearance
- 10+ years in complex technical programs for DoD or national security
- A proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery, contracts, and customer teams
- Experience establishing programmatic systems and driving adoption; change management
- Familiarity with FAR-based contracts, IDIQs, task orders, OTAs
- Strong business acumen; manage metrics, deliverables, and budgets
- Track record of ownership in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government stakeholders
- Curiosity about agentic AI for homeland layered defense
- Willing to travel up to 25%
