📋 Description

• Own and improve Product Policy's core operational processes.
• Build systems to measure progress, surface risks, and accountability.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with operations and policy partners.
• Organize workplans, drive follow-ups, and keep execution on track.
• Develop lightweight tools, templates, and documentation.
• Translate policy requirements into clear steps for partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running operational programs in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with policy, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to execute independently while escalating issues appropriately.
• Background in policy / trust and safety.
• 7+ years in product policy or similar roles.
