📋 Description

• Own the Product Legal Program execution and track rollouts.
• Design Jira automations and route legal work to optimize workflows.
• Build and deploy AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) to automate tasks.
• Maintain data-driven dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Scale engineering/product advisory with automated guardrails.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove operational bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• PM or paralegal exp in fast-paced in-house tech or tech law firm.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and Jira.
• Highly autonomous with strong accountability.
• Project and compliance mgmt; track regulatory changes and rollouts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interface with senior legal counsel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
