📋 Description

• Own the lifecycle of Flexdrive's process standards library, governance, and version control.
• Lead field validation, audits, and continuous improvement to keep standards current.
• Manage change lifecycle: intake, review, approval, publication, field comms.
• Ensure standards are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready with clear ownership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AV partners and ops teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management focused on process standardization or SOP governance.
• Experience managing large document libraries with version control and audits.
• Background in fleet ops, transportation, logistics, AV, or regulated ops.
• Strong analytical skills to build metrics and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs independently.
• Excellent written communication for clear documentation.
