- 5+ years as a Program Manager or similar execution-focused role
- Strong ability to turn ambiguous multi-stakeholder work into clear plans
- Crisp, confident communication to senior leaders
- Thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations
- Comfortable managing complexity across systems, teams, and timelines
- Introduce structure and rigor without slowing teams
- Experience launching operationally intensive products or platforms
- Motivated by fast-moving environments and delivering high-impact work
