- 8+ years in people programs, benefits design/administration, HR ops
- Hands-on US benefits admin with vendor coordination and compliance
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting rewards and recognition programs (preferred)
- Comfort with changing priorities and evolving scope
- Strong organization and multi-project management skills
