🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in program or project management, operations, or supply chain.
Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and analytics tools.
Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
