• Support US & Canada Campaign Director to shape strategy and track deliverables
• Develop and implement processes for cross-region consistency
• Facilitate clear communication between local campaigns and global leadership
• Deliver regular reporting and strategic plans across regions
• Ensure projects align with priorities and drive outcomes
• Draft presentations, reports, and policy research

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of US or Canadian political/policy experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects with stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented and process-driven
• Understanding of strategy development and operational excellence
• Cool under pressure; coalition-building and collaboration skills
• Able to distill complex problems into actionable plans
