Program Manager, Marketplace Operations

📋 Description

• Build and scale new programs; use AI and automation to drive scalability.
• Define success metrics and monitoring with Strategy & Analytics.
• Develop SOPs, decision models, and escalation paths for consistency.
• Collaborate with BPO/vendor partners for scalable, quality delivery.
• Partner with Strategy, Analytics, Product, Eng, and Data Science to align goals and design.
• Identify risks; surface insights; drive day-to-day project coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or related fields (tech/marketplace).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Scale ops via automation tools (Zapier/Workato), AI, and BPO/vendor partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence across teams.
• Strong analytics; Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker/Tableau); SQL a plus.
• Structure ambiguity, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced env.
