Lead governance, SLAs, decision rights, and change control.
Manage bank notifications, approvals, incidents, and product changes with banks.
Create centralized requirements management with templates and playbooks.
Own program KPIs/KRIs and weekly/monthly reporting to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and multi-quarter program roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years experience issuing payment cards
Experience with credit card, prepaid and debit cards
Proven account management in fintech
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, Legal, First Line Risk, and external partners
Strong analytical aptitude; data-driven decisions
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
