- Experience building scalable governance, SLAs, reporting, and incident playbooks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management; influence across executives and teams.
- Executive-level partner trust; discretion on sensitive commercial/regulatory matters.
- Builder’s mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on 0-to-1 work.
- Nice to Have: launching consumer financial products with bank/processor partners; KYC/AML knowledge.
