π― Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing, media strategy, growth marketing, or program management.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to turn loosely defined ideas into actionable plans and execution.
- Experience across paid media, organic, content, social, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to own both strategic direction and detailed execution.
- Experience designing and coordinating structured tests, pilots, or rollout plans.
