Own and operate the POI intake process end-to-end (triage, routing, lifecycle).
Serve as primary intake partner for People team requestors; set timelines and expectations.
Facilitate regular intake and portfolio cadences; backlog and roadmap reviews.
Identify systemic patterns; surface insights to leadership on capacity and risks.
Apply strategic judgment to prioritize the POI portfolio using frameworks.
Build dashboards and reporting for real-time resource visibility.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in PM, ops, strategy, or consulting in matrix orgs.
Experience designing/building intake, triage, or portfolio processes.
Proficiency in Jira or similar tools; lifecycle, capacity planning, reporting.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking; prioritize trade-offs.
Proven experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
Excellent written/verbal comms; present data clearly.
