Program Manager, Implementation (Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Coordinate enterprise onboarding workstreams from initiation to go-live.
• Track milestones and maintain project plans; surface risks to Director.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for timely product/tech delivery.
• Serve as primary technical/operational contact for enterprise clients.
• Contribute to best practices and templates (Epic Ambulatory).
• Monitor performance and prepare status updates and data summaries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field.
• 6+ years in healthcare technology focusing on implementation.
• Proven enterprise EHR implementation experience.
• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of EHR integration strategies; FHIR and HL7.
• Familiarity with EpicCare Ambulatory preferred.
