🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in card issuing program or PM in tech/regulatory domains
- Deep knowledge of card ecosystem, value chain, Visa/MasterCard requirements
- Strong cross-functional comms; explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with customers from startups to large enterprises
- Proven ability to align stakeholders via strong written/verbal comms
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Stablecoin card issuing
- Hands-on with embedded bank accounts and non-card payment rails
- Experience with fintech products, issuer processing, and card program mgmt
- Proven experience in organizational building while maintaining user experience
