Program Manager, Global Education

📋 Description

• Own and execute the global education strategy; manage edtech and NGO partnerships.
• Grow partnerships across India, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America; onboard partners.
• Own flagship partners needing custom deployments; coordinate with AI, product, GTM.
• Translate partner needs into deployment plans; align with technical teams.
• Set a research agenda on AI in education for low-resource settings; partner with external orgs.
• Travel to partner sites (~30%) and SF HQ visits for non-SF staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in global education, international development, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing external partnerships, grantmaking, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Deep relationships with NGOs, foundations, and ministries of education.
• Technical fluency to discuss AI concepts and LLM capabilities; partner with technical teams.
• Analytical mindset; experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
• Experience with orgs in low- and middle-income countries; deployment in low-connectivity settings.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary: $215,000 — $300,000 USD
