🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in program management, technical PM, or engineering.
- Experience in flight sciences: aerodynamics, flight simulation, thermal management, acoustics.
- Bachelor’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience managing complex development programs and executive communication.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and complex schedules.
- Expertise identifying schedule drivers and critical paths to optimize workflows.
