• 4–6 years in program management or fellowship roles.
• Strong event and logistics planning.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication.
• Data-driven: read dashboards and reports; tell data stories.
• Proficient with PM tools, CRM, ATS, surveys; quick to learn.
• Open to domestic and international travel.
