• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for Explorer Market across contract types.

• Navigate complex contract terms and advise on eligibility issues.

• Represent Explorer at contracting or cross-sell meetings.

• Partner with practices for onboarding and ongoing contract compliance.

• Serve as primary contact for practice-level contracting questions.
\n
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to enable scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, health tech, or information systems (or equivalent experience)
\n
• 6+ years of contract management and healthcare operations experience
\n
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Expertise in contract management for healthcare programs
\n
