📋 Description

• Work with the Director of Social Impact to lead CSR impact
• Admin CSR software, manage matching donations and fundraisers
• Increase global program awareness via internal comms
• Partner with workplace teams to curate volunteering opportunities
• Manage Ripple’s regional nonprofit and academic partnerships
• Plan and run in-person and virtual volunteer events

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in CSR, social impact and employee_engagement
• Experience managing CSR platforms (Deed/Benevity)
• Data analysis and reporting for programs
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle complex logistics and international compliance
