- Administer CSR software, manage global employee matching donations and volunteer pages
- Drive participation via internal education and comms to boost engagement globally
- Partner with workplace teams and ERGs to curate volunteering opportunities
- Manage Ripple's nonprofit and academic partnerships
- Plan and run in-person and virtual volunteering opportunities
- Track and report on participation and impact metrics to influence strategy
- Travel to Ripple office locations as needed (20–25%)
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in social impact, CSR, and employee engagement at scale
- Experience managing CSR platforms (Deed/Benevity) and donation matching
- Experience managing collaborative programs with data capture and synthesis
- Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bias for action with ability to manage complex logistics
