🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in analyst, PM, program mgmt, or related.
  • At least 3 years in Digital Shelf, e‑commerce, or omnichannel retail.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Agile and hybrid delivery knowledge (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience leading cross‑functional agile teams (content, SEO, retail media, tech).
  • Proficiency with project tools (ClickUp, WorkFront, Asana).
