π― Requirements
- 5+ years in professional roles with 4+ years building/executing integrated DEI strategies in fast-paced/matrixed environments.
- Proven DEI integration across HR functions (Recruiting, Comp, L&D).
- Experience scaling ERGs with business objectives and executive sponsorship.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to define benchmarks and show ROI with data.
- Advanced interpersonal and influence skills; advising HR partners and senior leaders.
