Program Manager - Digital Health Services

📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams from planning to launch.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Own external partnerships and vendor relationships, including SLAs.
• Define deliverables; ensure they are documented and on time.
• Facilitate group meetings; document decisions and follow-through.
• Provide leadership with status updates on progress and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech preferred
• 5–8+ years in program management, operations, or partnerships
• Experience managing external vendors or service partners
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through
• Familiar with PM tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday
