🎯 Requirements

4+ years in program mgmt, learning & development, or related HR.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context.
Experience managing cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Ability to manage concurrent programs with competing timelines.
Experience planning and delivering hybrid/in-person learning with data to measure outcomes.
