Partner with algorithm engineers and data scientists to define milestones and timelines
Maintain an updated program roadmap for Core Algorithms
Support execution of core algorithm projects, including research and model iterations
Maintain clear project docs and status updates
Identify risks and blockers; escalate tradeoffs with solutions
Facilitate cross-functional communication across WHOOP

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in program/project management or related role
Experience on technical projects with algorithms, data, or software
Experience organizing projects using Jira or similar platforms
Comfortable working with technical teams and learning quickly
Clear, confident written and oral communicator
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
