- Develop and manage a comprehensive contracts reporting framework, including data extraction, metadata integrity, and data models for the system of record.

π― Requirements
- Proven program or project management experience in Legal Operations or related field.
- Direct experience supporting a fast-paced Institutional Sales or similar B2B client-facing team.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with CLM systems, specifically Ironclad.
- Strong knowledge of legal tech, including AI tooling for contract review and data extraction and analytics (e.g., Evisort).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and building data models for contracts or structured data.
