Program Manager, Compliance Program

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end compliance programs (hardware, regulatory, product).
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Legal, Product, Engineering, Hardware, Ops, Marketing.
• Translate regulatory strategy into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Identify blockers, manage dependencies, escalate to senior leadership.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing with Product/Engineering/Hardware.
• Manage hardware compliance lifecycle: testing, certification, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of program management in regulatory, compliance, hardware, product, or risk.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs on time and with quality.
• Experience managing hardware compliance programs (weights, safety, EMC/RF, labeling).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans and requirements docs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet and data tools (Mode, Tableau, Excel).
