Own program strategy, roadmap, resources, and tradeoffs with leadership.
Track performance, flag issues, and drive data-informed solutions.
Manage cross-functional alignment across Success, Delivery, and Product Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in program management or enablement roles.
Strong data and analytics; adept with CRMs and dashboards.
Experience in growth-stage firms building infrastructure while running programs.
Familiarity with AI tools, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, LMS, Salesforce.
Excellent written communication; bias toward action; cross-team alignment.
Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites.
