Lead end-to-end delivery of government programs using AtomEngine.
Coordinate with Battle Road, government stakeholders, and partners.
Understand customer goals and success criteria; advocate in plans.
Translate needs into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, milestones.
Manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Foster collaboration across engineering, product, customer success, and partners.
Track status, risks, and outcomes; run regular stakeholder reviews.
Travel to customer sites and partner locations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years managing programs for U.S. federal government or defense
Experience with software engineering teams on complex/platform products
Coordinate work across multiple orgs and external vendors
Comfortable in regulated environments with docs, traceability, auditability
Background in simulation, modeling, geospatial or game engine tech
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance preferred
