- 11+ years managing enterprise app development and modernization programs with at least 20 people
- Active Secret clearance; able to obtain and maintain Top Secret
- Active PMP certification
- Experience with FISMA, NIST 800-53/57, Zero Trust, OIG, GAO, OMB
- Prior experience as ISSO/ISSM/ISSE or SCA
