🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in program management, operations or related role
- Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects
- Hands-on with AI or automation tools (chatbots, copilots, workflows)
- Ability to conduct functional QA on AI outputs and automation
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create docs/SOPs
- Experience with prompt configuration and no-code/low-code platforms
- Nice to have: healthcare or regulated industry experience
