Program Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality nutrition, kitchen, reception, engagement, and personal care services.
• Coordinate nutrition, engagement, personal care, housekeeping, and front desk ops; hire/train/mentor staff and ensure workflows.
• Plan and facilitate IDT and participant-care meetings; ensure follow-up items are documented.
• Oversee facility, supplies, and vendor oversight; ensure safe, clean, welcoming environment.
• Oversee engagement assessments and interventions for regulatory compliance and timely documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; 5 years experience may substitute; master's preferred.
• At least 1 year management experience; ADHC/PACE/health plan ops a plus.
• 2 years supervisory experience in senior/health care programs.
• Experience in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, OT/PT preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; preferred upon hire.
