Ensures deliverables are provided and SLAs are adhered to.
Communicates with key government personnel (SDOD Director, COR).
Provides admin direction to leads with authority to recruit, hire, and terminate.

🎯 Requirements

Holds ITIL Certification; HDI certs; HDI_Support_Center_Director preferred.
15 years of management experience or equivalent.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent.
