Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive multiple PM, Eng, and Ops programs to launch
• Be primary contact for Product, Engineering, Operations
• Plan regularly, remove blockers, manage dependencies
• Track deliverables during quarterly planning and execution
• Update OKRs and KPIs on adoption, quality, health
• Coordinate across teams using varied PM techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years proven experience in Program Management
• 3+ years in product dev, GTM, or software eng programs; Agile
• Strong communication, problem solving, and facilitation
• Experience with distributed teams and remote work
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives by influence
• Process and detail oriented, comfortable with ambiguity
