- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience managing programs or projects within IT or cybersecurity environments.
- Experience managing service delivery in a SOC or similar operational environment.
- Experience overseeing SLAs, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
