Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive multiple Product, Engineering, and Operations programs from concept to launch
• Serve as primary contact for Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Plan with teams, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and prioritize
• Work with teams in quarterly planning to track deliverables
• Ensure timely updates on OKRs and KPIs for product adoption, delivery quality, and platform health
• Lead special efforts and improve team processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years proven experience in Program Management
• 3+ years in product development, GTM, or software engineering programs with Agile
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives by influence
• Process- and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity
• Analytical skills with a drive toward measurable data
• Ownership mindset, proactive, able to chase down loose ends
