- Lead overall PM for NOAA contract across IDIQ and task orders.
- Serve as primary PM liaison with NOAA stakeholders (CO, COR).
- Manage the PMO cadence: kickoff, biweekly progress, leadership reviews.
- Establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule with milestones and risks.
- Develop core program artifacts: PM plan, communication plan, risk log, progress reports.
- Oversee task order execution: scope, resources, deliverables, risks, closeout.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience.
- PMP Certification (certification number to be verified).
- Knowledge of NOAA’s NWP modeling suites.
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, schedules, risks, and reporting.
- Experience with government contracts, task orders, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitHub Projects, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.
