Lead cross-functional alignment with CSMs, GRC SMEs, and Product.
Define repeatable processes for mapping, evidence, and patterns.
Monitor delivery against KPIs; develop new KPIs over time.
Enable new SMEs and CSMs on migration processes and internal mechanisms.

🎯 Requirements

GRC/audit fluency and knowledge of audit cycles.
Program management and stakeholder leadership experience.
Strong organization, communication, and prioritization.
Comfort working independently/virtually with attention to detail.
Open to using AI to improve efficiency.
